I am the Vine Morning Glories

"I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing." John 15:5

Do Not Be Anxious ~ Morning Glories

Butterflies are on the Lantana we planted in Ben's Memory.

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7

Rest in the Land of the North, Morning Glories of Horses

Zechariah 6:6-8
New International Version (NIV)
The one with the black horses is going toward the north country, the one with the white horses toward the west,[a] and the one with the dappled horses toward the south.”
When the powerful horses went out, they were straining to go throughout the earth. And he said, “Go throughout the earth!” So they went throughout the earth.
Then he called to me, “Look, those going toward the north country have given my Spirit[b] rest in the land of the north.”

Calling forth Songs of Joy, Morning Glories of the Evening

Psalm 65:8
The whole earth is filled with awe at your wonders; where morning dawns, where evening fades, you call forth songs of joy.

From the Hudson River area of New York, 2010.  Little did I know when I took this picture, that my father-in-law was dying and by the time we returned home he was gone from this earthly existence. He was called for to his glorious continuation day.

The Passion Flower, Morning Glories of Celebration

We celebrated today with our first bloom on our three week old passion flower we planted in the memory of Ben Pace, Terry's Dad. He had these beautiful vines across his backyard in his love for butterflies. The caterpillars come and totally destroy the entire vine eating it away, and from those caterpillars latched onto the vines emerge beautiful butterflies.
"The "Passion" in "passion flower" refers to the passion of Jesus in Christian theology. In the 15th and 16th centuries, Spanish Christian missionaries adopted the unique physical structures of this plant, particularly the numbers of its various flower parts, as symbols of the last days of Jesus and especially his crucifixion."  Read More Here
